Our pick for the best naan in the west. Traditionally baked fresh from the tandoor oven, chewy in the middle, and brushed with enough garlic butter that you'll need a second basket.
We'll say it: this might be the best garlic naan we've had in Singapore.
The edges arrive blistered, the centre stays soft, and the garlic hits before the naan reaches the table. Pull off a piece while it is still hot, drag it through the butter chicken, and try not to finish the lot before everything else arrives.

What we ordered
The naan was the clear favourite, but it had strong company.
Tandoori chicken. Deeply charred around the edges, juicy inside, and bright with spice rather than simply hot. The mint chutney cuts through the smoky marinade and keeps you reaching for another piece.
Butter chicken. Rich, smooth and exactly what the naan wants beside it. This is the comforting order: a creamy tomato gravy with enough tang to stop it from feeling heavy.
Paneer Tikka. A good vegetarian option when you want the smoke and char of the grill without meat. Tandoori Culture has a genuinely broad vegetarian menu, from paneer and mushrooms to kebabs and curries. It's definetly vegetarian friendly!!
If chilli is a concern, ask. The restaurant says spice levels can be adjusted on selected dishes, which makes this an easy table to share with people who have very different definitions of “spicy”.

Lunch, dinner and happy hour
Tandoori Culture sits at level 2 of HillV2. Inside, it is relaxed and cozy with warm wood tables, grey chairs, a small bar and tall windows that flood the room with daylight. The window seats are the ones to ask for if you are going in the afternoon.
If you want to come down in the afternoon and wind down, Tandoori Culture runs happy hour from 11am to 8pm. Its daily draft beer promotion runs from 3pm to 6pm, with a full pint at just S$8.80 or a full jug at S$24.90. Promotions may change, so check with the restaurant before visiting.
The video that got people hungry
We posted our visit on TikTok and it crossed 7,000 views. Watch the food come out, see the room, and decide whether our naan claim holds up.

Why being first mattered
Every new product has a moment when it has to leave the demo screen and work in the real world. For TasteVue, that moment happened at Tandoori Culture.
They put our QR code at the counter and trusted us with the last part of the meal: the part where a diner pays, receives their points and starts building a relationship with the restaurant. That first “yes” mattered to us. It turned TasteVue from something we had built into something people could actually use over lunch.

How to use TasteVue at Tandoori Culture
Open TasteVue and tap Scan & Pay, then point your camera at the TasteVue QR code at the counter. The app opens your Tandoori Culture loyalty card, where you can see your current tier, visits, total spend and the discount you have unlocked.
Show the card to the cashier so they can apply your discount. Then tap Pay bill, enter the final amount and complete payment with your usual card or wallet. Once the payment is confirmed, your visit and points are added automatically. There is no paper card to stamp and nothing to remember for next time.

The more you dine with Tandoori Culture, the further you move through its loyalty tiers and the more you can save on future visits. Your TasteVue points can also be redeemed for rewards in the app.
