What it's actually doing
1. What cuisine are you craving? Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Western, Thai, Local, or the full list. Pick Surprise Me if choosing the cuisine is the problem.
2. What kind of place fits your mood? Date night, hidden gem, quiet & cosy, good for groups, solo dining, family-friendly, pet-friendly, Instagrammable. This round does the most work — it's the part Google can't do.
3. What type of place? Restaurant, cafe, dessert, bar, quick bite, casual dining. Dinner and 3pm cake are two different searches.
4. What's your budget? Under $20, $20–50, $50+, or no preference.
5. Where should we search? Near you, a specific area, or let TasteVue decide.
